Asking for help has to be one hardest things for most us to do.
Wondering if we are going to be judge by asking for help.
I think that's why a lot of people commit suicide. Because most
of us afraid to say " I need help please help me."
There are so many people out there willing to help us if we need it.
We just have to ask.
